Terms of service
Last updated 23 August 2026
These terms cover your use of thebroar.com. Work we do for clients is governed by the written proposal and agreement for that project; where the two differ, the project agreement wins.
Using the site
The site and its content are provided for information. You may browse and share links freely. You may not scrape the site, misuse the contact form, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Our work and your ownership
Unless a project agreement says otherwise, once a project is paid for in full you own the deliverables we produced for it — code, designs and content — and the accounts (domains, stores, ad accounts) are set up in your name from the start.
Portfolio
We may describe completed projects on this site in general terms. We will not publish confidential details, and we will remove a project from our portfolio on request.
No guarantees of outcome
Marketing results depend on markets, budgets and products. We commit to the work, the reporting and the honesty; we cannot promise a specific revenue or ranking outcome.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, The Broar is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
